1. Binding Agreement

By accessing this website, registering as a member, or utilizing the bookings system of **The White House Club** (referred to as "the Club"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and the official Rules of the Club.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website, reserve our facilities, or enter our physical premises.

2. The Naturist Code of Conduct

The White House Club is a family-oriented private naturist facility. To preserve the safety, comfort, and reputation of our sanctuary:

• Strict Clothing-Free Directive: All shared outdoor lawns, heated swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities are strictly clothing-free spaces. Members and visitors are expected to be fully undressed when utilizing these amenities, weather permitting.
• Safe & Non-Sexual Environment: Naturism is about body acceptance, mental freedom, and connecting with nature. Any form of sexual behavior, suggestive actions, or harassment on Club premises will lead to immediate expulsion and lifetime termination of membership.
• Absolute Photography Ban: Taking photographs, recording videos, or utilizing digital imaging devices in any shared outdoor or indoor areas of the Club is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate ban and potential legal action.

3. Member Eligibility & Access

• Membership: Entrance to the grounds is reserved exclusively for registered active members of the White House Club, prospective members undergoing vetting, and affiliated British Naturism cardholders.
• Vetting Process: All prospective members must undergo a vetting phone call or a trial visit invitation before membership can be formally approved.
• Children & Families: Children must be accompanied and supervised by parents or legal guardians at all times.

4. Booking System Rules

The bookings system (covering Room Bookings, Events, and Gym/Sports) is provided to make coordinating facility use smooth and efficient:

• Free of Charge: All reservations and event RSVPs are provided free of charge for approved active members. No payment gateways are integrated.
• Cancellations: If you cannot fulfill your booking (e.g. tennis court slot, guest room check-in, or sauna session), you are requested to cancel the booking in advance so other members can use the facilities.
• Room Booking Approvals: Guest rooms must be booked in accordance with overnight stay policies, and certain room bookings are subject to approval by the Club Secretary.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The facilities, grounds, and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• Physical Safety: While the Club maintains the pool, sauna, tennis court, and lawn areas in good condition, members use these facilities at their own risk. The Club accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss of personal property.
• Website Operations: The Club does not guarantee that the website or bookings database will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Amendments to Terms

The Club Committee reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and Club Rules at any time. Any changes will be published directly on this page, and continued use of the website or facilities constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
